The flange needed to be installed first, based on the tight fit.  I set the box in place during the flange installation, to be sure everything was going to be OK when I install the locker box.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a project without the use of some duct tape !!!  I used some while fiberglassing the back edge of the flange to the deck.

The Locker was installed once the flange had several days for the adhesive to set up and cure.  Now it was time to start putting things back together. ( Finish Work )
